Southern St Tammany parish is covered in random debris. Boats, mattresses, furniture, kitchen appliances, and some objects I can’t even identify litter the highways.

I think we’re starting to experience the effects of the outer fringes of Hurricane Rita. We had lunch at a Cajun joint, and we were greeted by a face full of wind and rain when we stepped out.
